Calculation Parameters
The five years of fixed pay end at Level 10, so Level 10 is not a starting point here.
The cell actually fixed in the current level. Annual increments are then counted forward from the date above.
CAS moves one stage at a time, so only the next level is offered.
Defaults to the last completed month. After promotion, calculation continues in the promoted level up to this month.

Detailed Pay Schedule
| Month/Year | Basic Pay | DA % | DA Amount | HRA | Total Pay | Level | Remarks |
|---|
Logic applied: FR 22(I)(a)(1) pay fixation — one notional increment in the existing level, then the equal or next higher cell of the promoted level. If the promotion falls on the annual increment date (1 Jan / 1 Jul), the annual increment is granted first and the promotional increment separately. Annual increments only on 1 January or 1 July per Rule 10, with a hard stop at the last cell of the level. HRA up to Sep 2022 is drawn on the notional 6th-pay salary — the level's Basic + Grade Pay built up year by year under Rule 9 of the CCS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2008, each year's 3% increment being rounded up to the next ₹10 before it is added; from Oct 2022 it is drawn on the 7th-pay basic. A promotion taking effect mid-month is split day-exact: the days before the promotion are paid in the old level and the rest in the promoted level, and the Remarks column shows the split.
